We Return Our
Calls
We have noticed an amazing phenomena in the
business world, as a consumer myself I find that
when I call on businesses I will get a return
call less that 10% of the time....Don't these
people realize that I want to spend money on
their business?
I recently made a call to a business who's name
had the word "Prompt" in it. I guess I was
supposed to believe that this business handled
things "promptly"
I placed a call to this business and left a
message, I immediately hung up and called the
next business on my list. Like many people I
spoke to several companies and I decided on one
in about 2 days.
A week later I received a return call from this
"Prompt" company asking me to purchase their
service, I respectfully let them know I had made
a decision.
The point I'm getting at is that if I'm willing
to spend my spare time calling on your business
you should at least pay me the respect of a
return call.
Our company pride's itself on returning ALL of
it's calls in a timely fashion, as a matter of
fact we don't even use a voicemail system. All
of our calls are answered by a live

Our belief is that if we return more calls, we
earn more business, if we earn more business we
