Change affects EVERYTHING. In 2007 the mortgage
industry changed drastically, financing that was
available in years past was no longer available
because of a constantly changing environment.
Change is constant and as shown above in order
to be successful you must be able to adapt.
We know and understand change, it is our policy
to speak with underwriters, account
representatives, and/or business loan brokers on
a periodic basis to make sure that the business
credit we are building ultimately matches the
lenders guidelines.
Because of change we even "changed" how we earn
our fees. Long gone are the days where a
business credit building company can ask for ALL
of their fees upfront. (What if loan guidelines
change and you are not qualified for a loan?) We
recognize that change can happen and instead of
forcing our customers to absorb the risk
associated with change we "changed" our policy
and now allow customers to pay the largest
portion of our fees only after they have
acquired the credit lines we promised. If the
guidelines change and you don't get the loans
you expected you don't pay. It's as simple as
that!!
