About Us
Danny and Todd, the owners of
businesscreditcoaches.com met while assisting a
client who was facing foreclosure. Todd was a
real estate investor who was working with a
client in an effort to save her home. Danny was
a mortgage broker who had specialized in
investor mortgages for over 8 years.
Todd's background included real estate investing, Danny's
background included personal and commercial
mortgages, underwriting, and
technology.
After successfully assisting the customer they
had in common Todd and Danny decided to join
forces to further assist clients who were facing
various issues. One such customer was a
well respected business credit coach out of
California. After successfully assisting this
business credit coach he offered us the
opportunity to learn what he knew.
You see this business credit coach has been
providing assistance to customers on how to
build business credit for over 25 years, and now
he wanted to teach us how to do it for our
customers. After some deliberation and market
research we realized that the art of building
business credit was a fairly untapped market.
The few companies who were building business
credit were doing it using what we now call the
"basic methodology of building business credit"
With what we had already learned from this
business credit coach we realized that we
immediately had a product that was already
better than anything on the market.
We also realized that what we knew was not
enough to go to market with, We combined the
expertise handed to us by our mentor, our
personal experience, and our knowledge of
bank underwriting guidelines to developed the
basis of what is now known as the "advanced
method of building business credit"
Throughout this development process we
interviewed dozens of business credit lenders,
individuals working at Dun and Bradstreet,
people from the Department of State and other
business credit building coaches to make sure we
didn't miss any techniques currently in use.
We then exhaustedly tested and retested the
procedures we put in place until we decided that
we were now ready to present this information to
our customers.
